Warranty Policy

Craftro Tech US offers a limited warranty on most products; the warranty period varies by specific product, typically ranging from 6 months to 1 year. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures that your product functions as intended under normal conditions of use.

If you discover that a product is defective immediately upon unpacking it, please report the issue to us within 30 days of receipt. In such instances, we will cover the shipping costs associated with repairing or replacing the product. If more than 30 days have elapsed, the customer is responsible for bearing all shipping costs related to the warranty claim. Our warranty service does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence. Examples of damage not covered by the warranty include: damage caused by dropping, chewing, tripping over, exposure to water, or exposure to extreme temperatures; as well as damage caused by faulty USB hubs or tangled cables. Furthermore, the warranty becomes void if the product shows signs of unauthorized disassembly or attempted repair.

Once your warranty claim form has been reviewed and approved, you will receive specific instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the product is packaged securely when returning it; damage incurred during transit due to improper packaging may result in the invalidation of your warranty claim.
